The Australian Swan is a limited mintage bullion coin series featuring elegant designs of the waterbird that glides majestically across the estuaries, inlets and rivers in which it lives and breeds. The 2025 coin features the ninth design from this popular series which continues to boast a strong track record of sell outs.

Majestic swan

The coin portrays an image of a swan flapping its wings while settling on the water. The design includes a mountain range illuminated by a picturesque sunset and pretty lotus flowers floating in the water. Included in the design is the inscription ‘2025 1oz 9999 AUSTRALIAN GOLD SWAN’, and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.

Authentication feature

For additional peace of mind, the coin incorporates an authentication feature in the form of a micro-laser engraved letter. Detectable under a magnifying glass, it is designed to make it significantly more difficult for the coin to be counterfeited.
